| Tool and Equipment Rental Terms | |
| Rates This is only a partial listing of the equipment available at Middlesex Rental Center. Most items have a reduced rate for a 3 hour rental. A more economical rate is also available for weekly and monthly rentals. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please call for more information. |

| Late Charges Equipment returned late is subject to an additional charge of 1/8 of the daily rate for each hour overdue. |

| Deposits Rental charges are collected in advance on all items. Most items also require a deposit in addition to the rent. Deposits may be paid with cash, Visa, MasterCard, Novus, or American Express, and will be refunded when items are returned undamaged, clean and on time. |

| Special Party Item Rental Terms | |
| Cleaning All items are rented "Table-Clean" and ready for use. They must be returned clean to avoid additional charges. |

| Pricing For a weekday event, you may keep party items for 48 hours. For a weekend event, you may pick-up party items on Friday and return them on Monday for a one day charge. Exceptions are bounce rides (moonwalk), karaoke and camcorders. Rental rates are subject to change without notice. We often add to our line of party goods; please ask about items of interest which may not be listed on this web site. |

| Delivery The prices listed on this web site are for customer pick-up and return. We also offer delivery and pickup service for an additional charge (depending on your location). This is for "tailgate" delivery, which means our driver will unload your order, but not carry it inside and set it up. After use, your order should be packed, stacked and protected from the weather, so that it may be loaded back on the truck at the agreed upon pick-up time. |

| Reservation Deposits We will reserve party equipment for you with a reservation deposit. If you need to cancel or make changes to your reserved order, please do so at least 48 hours before pick-up. We cannot make refunds on changes or cancellations within 48 hours of pick-up, nor can we make refunds or changes at any time on reserved canopies, special order linens, bounce rides, karaoke, grills, or camcorders. |

| Security Deposits In addition to the rental charge, most party items also require a security deposit. This is generally a percentage of the size of your order. Deposits may be paid with cash, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or Novus, and will be refunded to you after the equipment is returned and counted. On large orders in particular, the deposit is usually sent back by mail. |
